Students needing assistance completing the TEACH online certification application, may use the TEACH application information sheet, which can be provided to you by the Certification/Graduate Advising office. This is a step-by-step guide to applying for your certification. If only the Program Code is needed, students can find this listed on the "TEACH Program Code Listing" form to the left of this webpage. Students requesting the step-by-step guide may contact Bethanne DelGaudio at the above phone number or email, or the secretary, Jennifer Clancy, at (518)564-5149 or jclan001@plattsburgh.edu. This sheet can be sent to students via email or postal mail by leaving your name, Banner ID, and your email or postal address.

    NOTE TO CURRENT GRADUATE STUDENTS:  When difficulties arise during the TEACH online process, DO NOT CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT!  Duplicate accounts will only slow up the entire process. Be patient until you receive an email giving you specific directions on how to reset your password and user ID. The State Education Department is understaffed and over utilized; it will take awhile to receive a response.
