Recording Equipment

The equipment used to make recordings from the oocytes can seem a little overwhelming at first. But with experience, using it will become second nature.

There are four parts to the system: the microscope and oocyte stage, the oocyte voltage clamp amplifier, the PowerLab, and the computer/software.
