(Plattsburgh Cardinals Pre-meet) The men's team paced by the 2nd fastest time in course history tied for first with the #1 nationally ranked Cortland Red Dragons at the Oneonta Airfield Invite Friday evening. The women placed second behind Hamilton by 6 points and were lead by Jenny Schaffhouser who claimed her first collegiate win, running away from the field by 13 seconds. She was followed up by the closest pack time so far this season. Cardinals Place 1st in the Cardinal Classic
Once again the men were paced by a win from Mike Heymann, this time though his teammates were in close pursuit as Plattsburgh swept the top 5 scoring spots for a perfect score of 15. The women were lead by Jenny Schaffhouser for the second week in a row. She placed second which lead Plattsburgh to a 28-28 tie with Middlebury. |
