1)  Copy and paste the text from the document you need to translate into a blank MS World document
2)  From the main  MS Word toolbar select:
     Tools
     Language
     Translate
     On the right hand bar choose the From and To languages
     Click the  Green Arrow

Select either the entire webpage or cut and paste a selection into the clipboard

Select the language you are starting with and type the word in the search box
