| 2 to 3 years prior to the scheduled visit | The institution submits the intent to Apply for NCATE Accreditation form to visit NCATE. DONE |
| 18 months prior to visit | The institution submits one copy or its response to preconditions to NCATE. Four to five copies curriculum program reviews (folios), which respond to NCATE-approved guidelines as required for precondition #8 must be submitted unless the institution is located in a partnership state in which the submission of folios is optional. DONE, Educational Leadership approved |
