This course is a required component of the HRTM curriculum and designed to guide HRTM students with their eight-hundred hours of hospitality related work experience. The intent of the field experience is to provide an opportunity to use classroom theory with the practical application in the industry.
The class meets on an appointment basis for individualized instruction or guidance. Students register for this course during their last semester at Plattsburgh State University and submit the field experience report by November 1st for fall graduation and April 1st for spring graduation.
