I think that because each person is socializded differently it does effect the way we percieve others or our audience. Because if there is a group of people that have a view on a subject, some will approve of it and want to be a part of it. But on the other hand some will think there is something wrong with that view. I think that when people take different views on life, a big part of the views is how you were brought up and socialized by family, friends and the type of enviroment you are in.
