Sorry to take so long to reply to this question. I feel the way a woman sees herself and her surroundings is socially constructed. I think both women and men are raised n certain wasy to achieve the status they are at. If you look at the example with the picture. Almost all the women related it to a personal relationship with a male and most likely an abusive one. This must come from somewhere and I feel it is the way men and women are treated as little children. They are taught to act in certain ways in the future.
