My name is Robert Light, I work at the State University of New York at Plattsburgh.
I am a University Police Officer and have been for the last ten years. Before that I
served in the U.S. Army in the Military Police Corp.
I started a Bike Patrol here back in 1994. I
am a Certified Police Cyclist and Police Cyclist Instructor. The last two years I
have run a New York State Certified Police Bicycle Patrol School.
