FINDING INFORMATION ON THE ART OF THE BOOK

BACKGROUND INFORMATION  (Subject-specific encyclopedias)

Find subject encyclopedias in the Reference Room of Feinberg Library by using the Advanced Search mode of the Library Catalog by subject using terms such as "encyclopedia*" and "art".  Also Limit by collection to "Reference Coll."  The most comprehensive and scholarly of all art encyclopedias is
