Internship Application (CMM498)

To apply for a Professional Internship in Communication you must provide the internship committee with the following items:
—This completed form (typed or printed clearly)
—A professional resume on resume paper
—A copy of your CAPP report
—A letter of intent written to the PIC course committee (not to your preferred agency).

Note:
—Your letter of intent should include what you hope to gain from the internship experience, how the internship relates to your career, and why you believe you are qualified for the internship.
—These are professional documents. How you complete this paperwork sends a message to the committee regarding your current level of maturity/professionalism and can have an impact on the committee's decisions.
